This computer software, and all of its contents, in whole or in part, including but not limited to executable code, documentation, images, and other forms of data will henceforth be collectively referred to as PRODUCT.
AGREEMENT:
If LICENSEE does not agree to any of the terms set forth in this license agreement, LICENSEE is hereby instructed to cancel installation. Completing installation activates this agreement as legal and binding, insofar as is allowable by local and federal laws. By installing and/or using PRODUCT for any purpose, LICENSEE agrees to the following:
LICENSE TO USE:
1. PRODUCT may be used by LICENSEE for educational and entertainment purposes only. PRODUCT may be redistributed freely in original form only. PRODUCT may NOT under ANY circumstances be decompiled, reverse engineered, disassembled, or modified in any way.
2. License files or license related registry entries may not, under any circumstances, be modified or redistributed in any way.
3. LICENSEE may not sell, rent, or otherwise derive any form of income from PRODUCT.
4. LICENSEE agrees to indemnify, hold harmless, and otherwise completely release from liability, Ingenuware, Ltd., and all affiliates, including but not limited to members, managers, employees, and associates, for any damages to person, property, data, cashflow, equity, or other entity, that occurs from use or misuse of PRODUCT. LICENSEE agrees to accept SOLE LIABILITY for use and/or misuse of PRODUCT.
